I never expected to be dazzled by sparkling vampires and the silly romance novels that my teenage daughter and her friends were gushing over. In fact, I only read Twilight after several months of persuasion, but I was hooked from page one and didn't stop reading, (literally) until the final pages of Eclipse slipped through my fingers. 

Luckily, I'd waited long enough to start Stephenie Meyer's ridiculously addictive series, that the release of Breaking Dawn was only days away. After a week of complete neglect, that gave my just enough time get my house back in order and prepare an (almost) appetizing dinner for my family who had been dining on cold cereal for an entire week while I consumed three delicious books.

Breaking Dawn's highly anticipated release delivered an obsessive, non-stop reading marathon kicked-off by a party at midnight. My daughter and I fought tooth and nail over our single copy, pacing and anxiously waiting for each other to fall asleep so it could be easily snatched out from under those sweaty, tight gripping fingers that refused to let the other discover the fairy tale ending first.

Finally, with series finished, my husband hoped that life would soon return to normal and Edward Cullen's name would vanish from our every, everyday conversation. That's about the time that things took a turn for the worse...

My obsession with Twilight grew stronger by the day and eventually collided head-on with my addiction to Squidoo. My collection of Twilight lenses was evolving at an astonishing rate and the inspiration just kept flowing.

With a seemingly endless list of ideas, I decided to give my obsession with sparkling vampires a permanent place to plant it's roots and flourish and thus BiteBella.com was born.

BiteBella.com is a Twilight fansite devoted to sharing a motley bouquet of quirky ideas, party tips, recipes, themed bedrooms, movie clothes, jewelry, costumes, and chit-chat about sparkly vampires, -without all the celebrity gossip and paparazzi photos.
