Twilight Saga Fashion: Alice's Wrist Warmers - Knitting Pattern

With the enormous popularity of the Twilight Saga movies, many of us are on the lookout for the clothes, jewelry and accessories that we've seen our favorite vampire family wearing on the big screen.

Fortunately, licensed replicas of some of the items like Bella's green birthday party dress are being sold so die-hard fans can play the role of forbidden fruit for a night or two. Sometimes the wardrobe worn by the cast is custom made or high priced designer labels, so we just have to settle for similar items when putting together Twilight themed costumes for Halloween or themed conventions.

We all know that Alice Cullen loves to shop and has a great sense of style, but you don't need an unlimited budget to steal her look! Now you can make your own knit fingerless gloves/wrist warmers like the pair she wears in the New Moon movie! Craft designer, Vickie Howell has come up with a really beautiful, simple knitting tutorial to make it easy.

Twilight Dolls - Bella, Rosalie & Alice

Posted on July 29, 2009 at 3:23 PM Comments comments (2)

I stumbled upon the most adorable Twilight dolls the other day! They are amazing in every detail, from the clothing to their faces and hair styles. If only NECA would commission this dollmaker to make official Twilight versions of Bella, Rosalie and Alice they would be flying off the shelves. I know my own daughters gave them ooo's and awww's, but I don't think they're for sale. You can take a peek at the photo on Flickr. (Sorry, It's a copyrighted image and I couldn't post it here.)

What do you think? Are they better than the official Twilight dolls?
